Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 2 - 3 business days to fully process your order. Delivery dates are based on average transit time. 

Orders shipped to EU countries are typically delivered within 5–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. Western and Southern European countries (such as Italy, France, Germany, and Spain) generally receive orders within 5–7 business days. Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs processing or peak periods. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
