Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return an item?

Yes! We want you to love your Blue Crush purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you have the right to return any item (except items marked sale) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To submit a return request, simply log in to your customer account (https://account.bluecrushbikinis.com) and follow the steps in our self-serve returns portal — no need to contact us first. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with hygiene liners attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an Item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item through the self-serve returns portal and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible, as exchange requests are processed separately from new orders.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bluecrushbikinis.com . We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it — however, you may return it under our 14-day return policy once you receive it.
